COVID-19

What we are doing

• We are closely monitoring daily updates and recommendations from the CDC, local government, and state officials
• Per state guidelines, all staff and guests are required to wear a face mask or facial covering when on the premises
• We are sanitizing all escape rooms and common spaces between each group’s game play with disinfectant products
• Our staff will continue maintaining good hygiene practices by washing their hands and using hand sanitizer often
• Due to social distancing guidelines, only one group is to be in the lobby at a time, please respect other groups by waiting outside the attraction until your game host invites you in
• All bookings have been complimentarily upgraded to a private escape room experience to decrease exposure of guests to people they may not know or normally socially interact with
• Every night at end of shift our cleaning team is utilizing cutting-edge technology to fog the rooms with a disinfectant similar to the practices of hospitals and airlines
• In addition to nightly sanitizing, our staff have increased the disinfecting of high traffic areas as frequently as every 30 minutes and in between each group’s check in and check out
• We are continuing and extending services with “Simply Happy Cleaning”, a cleaning service which we have thoroughly clean our locations on a regular basis
• We are requesting that any guest who has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms not enter the premises. We will offer a complimentary rescheduling of a future date
• Lastly, all staff have been instructed to never come to work if they experience fever or any COVID-19 symptoms
